Job Title:  Auction Lot Mover

Job Status: Casual/Part-time Position

Start Date: Immediate

Salary: Rate to be determined upon experience

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid Saskatchewan Driver’s Licence
• Class 5 License or Higher (preferred)
• Experience in driving a large or oversized vehicle, including towing a trailer
• Experience in moving furniture or large objects between locations, or similar physical work
• Knowledge on how to properly lift, carry, and move heavier items
• Good communication skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Document each moving trip using the standard Moving Form
• Able to pack consignor items in a secure way for transporting
• Assist the driver with loading and unloading vehicles and trailers
• Shows initiative
• Able to make practical decisions when faced with challenges
• Must be punctual and reliable, and a team player

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

• Can be physically demanding
• Fast-paced environment
• Lift and carry up to 40 to 50 lbs
