How to Register, Bid, and Logout
Whether you’re good with step-by-step instructions in text format or prefer a visual method, we’ve got you covered. Or if you simply want to give it a shot, select the Create An Account button and then click on Login/New Bidder at the top of the page (in blue letters).

How to Create an Account
Step 1: Go to https://ukrainetzauctions.hibid.com/ or click on any of the BID NOW buttons you see on our Ukrainetz / Karla’s Auction sites. (Click anywhere on this sentence to go directly to the page.)
Step 2: From the top left of the Hibid menu bar, select Login/New Bidder and the Login/New Bidder window will appear. Select New Bidder, Click Here.
Step 3: Select the black Register Here button next to line “Don’t Have a Hibid Account?” near the bottom of the window. In some instances you may have to select the “person icon” on the upper right corner and the Login/New Bidder window will appear.
Step 4: Enter your e-mail address and select Check E-mail. You will be prompted to enter information in such as First Name, Last Name, Country, Address, Phone Number. You will then be asked to create a Username and Password. (Usernames are often taken so you may have to try a few times.) Create a strong password that can’t be easily guessed. Write down your username and password and keep them in a safe place.
How to add Payment Options to an Account
Step 1: Once logged in, you will see your name at the top left of the menu bar. Select your name to open the Options menu. (There will be information about your account such as Current bids, Past bids, and Payment Methods.) Select Payment Methods.
Step 2:Enter your preferred method of payment information and select Save Payment Method.
How to Find Auctions
Step 1: Log in to https://ukrainetzauctions.hibid.com/
Step 2. Select the Current Auctions option from the top menu bar.
Logging Out
Step 1. Select your name from the top left of the menu.
Step 2 Select Log Out – located at the bottom of the Account Options menu.
The steps are the same for desktop, tablets, and mobile devices.
